Hospice Aide Services

Our hospice aides provide patients with assistance with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, skin care, grooming, toileting, and so on. Our aides typically see patients for about an hour one to three times a week, or more.

During visits, our aides may do light housekeeping activities, such as changing bed linens, cleaning up the patient's living area to promote patient safety, and so much more.

Our aides also work closely with our nurses to promote the dignity of patients. For example, if one of our aides find a bed sore on a patient, the aide would work with our nurse to develop a plan of action to help the bed sore to heal and / or to prevent the sore from getting worse.
